Motorcyclists browse a collection of cheap helmets being sold from the back of a truck on Jl. Kamal Raya in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, on Tuesday. The vendor sold the helmets for Rp 25,000, cheaper than the Rp 65,000 retail price at regular stores. JP/P.J. Leo -JP
